• Identify missing or unclear information and coordinate with sales to resolve gaps
• Ensure submissions meet internal quality standards and carrier requirements
• Assist in marketing accounts to carriers in alignment with placement strategy
• Utilize carrier online rating platforms to support quoting
• Support pricing reviews, coverage comparisons, and basic analysis
• Track carrier responses and follow-ups
• Submit approved accounts to carriers and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate status updates within Caffeine
• Support bind order preparation and placement documentation
• Maintain accurate records in agency management systems
• Communicate professionally with sales, placement team members, carriers, and brokers
• Escalate coverage or market concerns as appropriate
• Perform other similar tasks as assigned
