About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Farm existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular onsite meetings, reviews, and client engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of IT and software development projects.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable delivery solutions.
  • Track project progress, deliverables, financials, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Support contract renewals, SOWs, and client reporting in collaboration with senior management.
  • Travel to client sites as required for relationship management and account growth.
  • Manage and grow relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or IT Professional Services.
  • Experience in farming existing accounts and driving account growth.
  • Prior experience working with healthcare clients or healthcare IT projects (strongly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients onsite as part of relationship management.
  • Familiarity with contract renewals, SOWs, and client reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate with delivery teams and track project progress, deliverables, and financials.
  • Working shift: CST/EST.
