About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Farm existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships through regular onsite meetings, reviews, and client engagement activities.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of IT and software development projects.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable delivery solutions.
- Track project progress, deliverables, financials, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Support contract renewals, SOWs, and client reporting in collaboration with senior management.
- Travel to client sites as required for relationship management and account growth.
- Manage and grow relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or IT Professional Services.
- Experience in farming existing accounts and driving account growth.
- Prior experience working with healthcare clients or healthcare IT projects (strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients onsite as part of relationship management.
- Familiarity with contract renewals, SOWs, and client reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with delivery teams and track project progress, deliverables, and financials.
- Working shift: CST/EST.
