Business Development Rep

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach within the healthcare sector
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations to generate referrals and partnerships
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the benefits of Woodland Recovery Center's services
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service solutions that meet client needs and support patient care objectives
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making

Business Development Representative

Therapist

• Provide individual and group therapy to patients, using evidence-based practices
• Develop, review, and update treatment plans to ensure they are individualized
• Supervise, mentor, and provide clinical oversight to a team of therapists
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and other team members to enhance and refine therapeutic programs
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, case managers, and support staff
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions
• Conduct educational sessions for patients and their families

Lead Therapist

• Responsible for counseling residents and/or families with eating disorders
• Is a part of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare workers
• Performs individual and group counseling
• Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities
• Demonstrates the ability to be flexible and organized
• Functions well during stressful and/or emergency situations
• Ability to maintain control and respond calmly and appropriately in a crisis situation
• Understands HIPAA regulations
• Demonstrates working knowledge of theories and techniques of counseling and psychopathology
• Demonstrates understanding of eating disorders including physiological and psychological effects
• Ability to document using the DAP format in a way that communicates progress in obtaining treatment goal objectives
• Demonstrates knowledge of major diagnostic categories of the DSM-V
• Understands compliance as it relates to the facilities licensing entities
• Demonstrates the ability to select appropriate treatment methods and use these methods in individual resident treatment plans
• Demonstrates the ability to act as a liaison between residents, each hospital, and the community
• Demonstrates knowledge of the facility's history, mission, services, and organizational structure
• Capable of performing assessments and psych diagnosis, crisis intervention, discharge planning, environmental manipulation, and individual counseling.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of EMR and documentation guidelines
• Maintains a good working relationship within the department and with other departments
• Treats residents/families with respect and dignity
• Performs all aspects of resident care in an environment that optimizes resident safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors
• Facilitates individual, group and family sessions, AMA interventions and individualizes progress notes in a clinically relevant manner

Medical Director

• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of programs to ensure they meet the needs of clients, adhere to professional standards, and comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Monitor program effectiveness and adjust as necessary to improve client outcomes and program efficiency
• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and support to therapists, counselors, and other clinical staff
• Responsible for staff supervision, training, hiring, discipline and termination of staff
• Responsible for all duties and responsibilities detailed in the Assistant Clinical Director, Counselor, Discharge Planner, and Therapist job descriptions
• Facilitate regular staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to ensure staff are well-trained and up to date with the latest clinical practices and standards
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and program activities according to compliance and accreditation standards
• Prepare reports on program statistics, outcomes, and strategic developments for senior management and external agencies as required
• Provide leadership and support in crisis situations, ensuring appropriate responses and managing follow-up care
• Supervise the schedule of groups and other patient activities to ensure adequate staffing to meet patient needs and assigns therapists and counselors caseloads
• Coordinate with Corporate Management Team and Risk Manager/Performance Improvement staff to prepare for audits and maintain accreditation standards
• Represent the organization in community and professional settings, enhancing the organization’s profile and building partnerships
• Communicate with healthcare providers, referral sources, and other stakeholders to promote the program and ensure a continuum of care for clients
• Propose and implement innovative practices and techniques to enhance the effectiveness of patient service delivery
• Maintain availability for On Call after hours to provide consultation and support staff as needed
• Attend professional workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance clinical skills and maintain licensure
• Adhere to ethical standards as outlined by national and state professional boards
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant laws including 42 CFR Part 2
