About the role
- Collaborate with the CEO and other Talent Acquisition Managers to define job requirements and identify ideal candidates.
- Focus on Full Cycle recruiting for US Candidates
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for Lago's partners.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Plus if experienced with Rippling's ATS.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar recruiting role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the US.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
