About the role

  • Collaborate with the CEO and other Talent Acquisition Managers to define job requirements and identify ideal candidates.
  • Focus on Full Cycle recruiting for US Candidates
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for Lago's partners.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Plus if experienced with Rippling's ATS.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar recruiting role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the US.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
