About the role

  • Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and strategic targeting.
  • Reach decision-makers to promote and sell company services.
  • Create and send professional email campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce services, nurture leads, and secure opportunities.
  • Maintain and update client data, sales tasks, and activities in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a business development in the Translation industry.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, or a relevant field.
  • Experience working closely with a marketing team.
  • Proven B2B sales track record (closing new business)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
