About the role
- Act as a bridge-builder and enabler
- Develop targeted job ads and social media content
- Respond quickly and respectfully to inquiries
- Conduct initial interviews and support candidates through to hire
- Build community contacts, networks and partnerships
- Maintain relationships with schools, partner organizations and communities
- Serve as the point of contact for questions about positions and career entry
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting / community management OR genuine enthusiasm for the role
- Foreign language skills (at least B2) and enjoyment of intercultural exchange
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and digital affinity
- Empathy, patience and a desire to support people
- Understanding of care and service activities or willingness to learn and get acquainted with them
