About the role
- Technical and functional administration and support of specialist software systems, in particular CGM, MedifoxDAN, Euregon and Connext
- Further development and enhancement of the supported IT systems
- Collaboration with key users to optimize processes
- IT support and user consulting for the deployed specialist software
- Participation in IT and digitalization projects
Requirements
- Professional experience in healthcare or social services with a strong IT affinity
- Career changers with relevant experience are welcome
- Knowledge of IT software for billing/service claims
- Desirable: experience with Geocon staff scheduling/duty roster software
- Alignment with the Christian values of Lafim-Diakonie
