About the role
- Supervise and oversee Analyst performance in planning and organizing quarterly meetings with Investors.
- Collaborate with teams from finance, accounting, risk, and vendor management.
- Address escalated inquiries from investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain and manage all Investor Relations systems and tools.
- Implementing quarterly in-person meetings with investors and stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to provide insights into investor sentiment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate departmental meetings.
- Work closely with the PVP to develop crisis communication strategies.
Requirements
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
- A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
