About the role

  • Support custom lead generation campaigns and admin tasks.
  • End-to-end management of lead generation campaigns, including uploading landing pages and creating custom forms.
  • Liaising with clients, sales teams, and writers.
  • Manage processes for email marketing, including builds, list creation, and execution.
  • Analysis of emails and reporting (weekly/monthly reporting to TN teams).
  • Accurate record keeping in Trello and custom trackers which campaign status, goals, and email dates.
  • Coordinate with Paid Social Media teams to set up and execute campaigns as needed.
  • Monitor and follow up with external clients, Creative Writers and Design to ensure timelines are met for campaign goals.
  • Communicate any and all updates on lead generation campaigns, including launch timelines, materials required, changes needed, and analysis of launched campaigns.
  • Continually assess, update, and make necessary changes to all operational SOPs in relation to the position.
  • Support with additional tasks, including newsletter and 3rd party eBlast support, event and webinar eMarketing.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working with email marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)
  • Excellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross-functionally with multiple departments and multiple brands.
  • Familiarity with the digital publishing, lead generation campaigns, or science sectors is highly desirable.
