About the role
- IT support & customer assistance: point of contact for our departments via phone, email and remote access.
- System operation & IMAC: operation, maintenance and execution of install, move, add and change tasks for IT and end-user devices.
- Server, client & Citrix environment: installation, operation and maintenance of Microsoft server and client systems as well as Citrix solutions.
- Incident & problem management: analysis, documentation and sustainable resolution of incidents in the ticketing system.
- Monitoring & operational reliability: monitoring IT systems to ensure stable and smooth operations.
- IT security, projects & collaboration: participation in security measures and IT projects.
Requirements
- Completed IT apprenticeship or degree in IT with at least three years of experience in a comparable role.
- Practical experience in incident and request management.
- Confident use of modern collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Independent, proactive work planning and close, cooperative collaboration with team leadership, end users and IT departments.
- Creative identification and contribution of improvement potentials, e.g. through standardization or reduction of recurring incidents.
