About the role

  • Customer support & advisory: Support and advise the laboratory’s referring clients (sample submitters) of Labor Dr. von Froreich
  • Sales & business development: Plan and execute acquisition activities to win new clients
  • Service concepts & training: Develop appropriate service and solution concepts for referring clients and deliver on-site training
  • Events & client retention: Support the organization and execution of customer and continuing-education events
  • Market monitoring & reporting: Analyze market and competitive situations and maintain structured reporting

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a medical field (e.g., medical assistant (MFA), medical-technical assistant (MTA) or equivalent)
  • Solid basic knowledge of natural sciences and/or medicine
  • Initial field-sales experience advantageous, e.g., as a pharmaceutical sales representative or medical device consultant
  • Proven deal-closing ability and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of individual customer needs
  • Professional, personable presence and clear, persuasive communication at eye level with customers
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
