About the role

  • Requirements gathering & scope clarification: Structured elicitation of requirements, expectations and concerns from relevant stakeholders, and clarification of the target vision, benefits and constraints
  • Analysis & prioritization: Translating ambiguous requirements into assessable use cases and prioritizing them by value, feasibility and organizational maturity
  • Project management: Designing, planning and steering digital and AI projects from concept through pilot phases to rollout
  • Change support: Actively supporting change processes with a focus on acceptance, transparency and constructive handling of resistance
  • Communication & translation: Explaining complex topics in an audience-appropriate way for specialist departments, management and staff
  • Sustainable embedding: Ensuring long-term adoption of implemented solutions through supporting measures, standards and enabling the people involved

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in digital, transformation or change projects within complex organizational structures
  • Strong skills in planning, structuring and managing cross-functional projects
  • Solid understanding of AI and digitalization topics to realistically assess their capabilities and limitations
  • Experience in stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, analysis and decision-making
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and to handle uncertainties, fears and resistance with confidence
  • Structured, self-directed and pragmatic working style with clarity, reflective ability and strong execution skills
