About the role
- Providing 1st and 2nd level support for customers
- Handling incident reports (JIRA, email, telephone)
- Analyzing complex incidents and resolving them
- Customer communication and user support
- Creating guides and documentation for internal use and for customers
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in IT support (1st–2nd level)
- Solid practical knowledge of JavaScript
- Strong experience working with Linux systems
- Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus
