💰 $115,000 - $125,000 per year

About the role

  • Civil and Transportation leader for public and private market sector work.
  • Identify opportunities and cultivate relationships with key municipal clients.
  • Actively represent the company at Business Development external functions/organizations.
  • Collaborate with Civil Team, Regional and Discipline Leaders to manage and direct work.
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings with Civil Discipline Leader.
  • Monitor and report on project schedule, financial goals and resources.
  • Coach and mentor younger / less experienced staff.
  • Serve as project manager for municipal, recreation space project types.

Requirements

  • Experience with transportation, recreation, site design and the public approval process for SEQR in New York State.
  • Experience with commercial and mixed-use developments, institutional and industrial, and public (municipal facilities including parks, greenways, and streetscapes) projects within the Central and Southern Tier of New York.
