Account Manager

• Simultaneously work with clients from a diverse list of industries;
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong collaboration;
• Manage annotation teams to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery of projects;
• Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team;
• Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s request and the team, and identify areas for improvement and automatization;
• Proactively mediate and resolve any clients’ and annotators’ concerns or issues etc.;
• Train annotation teams and supervisors.

Business Development Rep

• Manage inbound leads and run discovery calls to understand each lead's needs;
• Qualify leads and position the right solution;
• Partner with the Solutions and Service Delivery teams to define the solution, including participation in agreements scoping (SLAs, deliverables, etc.), and run a pilot that proves value;
• Turn pilot results into a clear proposal and price it;
• Run KYC, negotiate, and sign the agreement;
• Drive every deal to the kickoff call and a clean handoff to delivery.

Business Development Representative

Security Engineer

• Build and develop the company’s security function from the ground up;
• Define and implement security processes, policies, and operational standards;
• Partner with the group-level security department while establishing independent security ownership within Label Your Data;
• Participate in security audits, client security reviews, DPA processes, questionnaires, and compliance-related activities;
• Establish and improve access management and security monitoring practices;
• Participate in infrastructure and application security initiatives together with technical teams;
• Oversee and improve the company’s security stack (EDR, SIEM, VPN/ZTNA, DLP, NGFW, etc.);
• Investigate security gaps, operational weaknesses, and incident-related risks;
• Validate technical solutions from a security perspective;
• Create SOPs, internal security procedures, and operational frameworks;
• Own security-related documentation and internal processes;
• Shape the future security team, starting with Security Operations / Application Security;
• Contribute to long-term security strategy and overall security maturity growth of the company.
