About the role
- Define and lead the roadmap for AI and data products
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from idea to launch to continuous improvement
- Introduce and scale innovative AI technologies
- Lead initiatives in personalized medicine, real-time data analytics, and predictive modeling
- Build relationships with clients and partners for product direction and enhancement
- Evaluate business impact and technical feasibility of new product ideas
- Collaborate with data science, UX, and engineering teams
- Build and mentor a high-performing team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years in product management, analytics, or AI/ML, including at least 6+ years in life sciences, clinical, or healthcare software
- 7+ years leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale software
