💰 $120,000 - $140,000 per year

About the role

  • Provide expertise for growing commercial products
  • Curate the medical literature for existing and new products
  • Ideate and prototype more effective variant interpretation, content curation, and organization workflows
  • Provide input/feedback for platform development and translation of research efforts
  • Lead knowledge curation efforts for high-priority products and services
  • Identify and implement improvements in gene curation and clinical guidelines
  • Develop and refine AI modeling labels and disease mechanism frameworks
  • Drive the design and prototyping of novel genomics-based capabilities
  • Represent development programs in cross-functional meetings
  • Lead or significantly contribute to scientific publications, whitepapers, and marketing content

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in genetic counseling with 4 or more years of experience in genetics, genetic counseling, genomics research or curation of genetic disorders or PhD in molecular biology.
  • 1 or more years of experience in clinical genetics
  • 1 or more years of experience with clinical guidelines and clinical risk models and hereditary cancer genetics.
  • Experience in project leadership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into accessible content
  • Success in managing collaborative and individual projects
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies and related concepts quickly
