Support the development of scalable frameworks, tools, and training that amplify value realization

Requirements

9+ years of progressive experience in laboratory operations, analytics, or improvement
Demonstrated experience in consultative roles, collaborating directly with executive-level clients
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, value-based programs
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred
Advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Notepad++, SQLite Expert, and data visualization tools
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into strategic value for clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
Master’s degree preferred
ASCP certification or equivalent
