About the role

  • Support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of AWS resources for enterprise workloads
  • Assist in the operation and integration of AWS services including Identity Center, Security Hub, Resilience Hub, and related platforms
  • Participate in monitoring, logging, and reporting activities
  • Help implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for automated resource provisioning and configurations using Terraform
  • Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident response in the AWS environment
  • Contribute to technical documentation and standard operating procedures for cloud-based operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (internships or academic projects using AWS are a plus)
  • Familiarity with AWS core services (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM)
  • Basic understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management, and resilience in cloud environments
  • Exposure to or interest in automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell), as well as infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Analytical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
