About the role
- Support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of AWS resources for enterprise workloads
- Assist in the operation and integration of AWS services including Identity Center, Security Hub, Resilience Hub, and related platforms
- Participate in monitoring, logging, and reporting activities
- Help implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for automated resource provisioning and configurations using Terraform
- Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident response in the AWS environment
- Contribute to technical documentation and standard operating procedures for cloud-based operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (internships or academic projects using AWS are a plus)
- Familiarity with AWS core services (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM)
- Basic understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management, and resilience in cloud environments
- Exposure to or interest in automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell), as well as infrastructure-as-code practices
- Analytical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Good communication and teamwork skills
