Contribute design concepts based on user research and business needs
Assist in planning and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research
Gather insights from research and the voice of the customer to create a new understanding of users' wants and needs, while defining the customer journey
Help communicate research findings and design concepts to the product management team
Requirements
