About the role
- Plan, execute and ensure attainment of targets for the External Personal Shoppers channel together with leadership through the strategic creation of commercial initiatives and sales campaigns;
- Plan and lead execution of the commercial calendar and collection planning for the Inside Sales and Personal Shoppers channels;
- Provide daily support to the external sales team and update the team's daily performance reports;
- Prepare monitoring and performance reports for the channel;
- Develop strategies to improve operations;
- Create various meeting materials for senior management in PPTX and Excel;
- Provide operational support to the department and the Dito operation;
- Create content briefings for the department and ensure execution together with the marketing team
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal communication and team spirit;
- Experience in commercial/business analysis;
- Proactivity and empathy;
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience with Omnichat, VTEX and SAP is a plus
