About the role
- Deeply analyze e-commerce KPIs and the conversion funnel
- Identify rapid growth opportunities
- Design and structure A/B tests, CRO, and growth experiments
- Propose improvements to the customer journey, PDP, checkout, and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with media, CRM, product, and UX teams
- Assess campaign and channel impact from a performance perspective
- Ensure measurement standards, consistent data interpretation, and performance across brands
- Support management in defining growth strategies
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technology
- Monitor trends, benchmarks, and growth best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing and performance marketing
- Strong command of e-commerce metrics
- Experience with testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Highly analytical profile
- Strong data literacy in Google Analytics 4 and basic knowledge of SEO
- Data-driven mindset
- Curiosity, proactive drive, and results-oriented focus
- Ability to execute quickly
