About the role

  • Responsible for the e-commerce performance of the group's brands, including revenue, margin, conversion rate, average order value, CAC, LTV, and operational efficiency
  • Define and drive the digital strategy for each brand, aligned with positioning, maturity, and growth objectives
  • Lead growth, operations, user experience, and inside sales functions
  • Lead and develop data-driven teams focused on results and business impact
  • Ensure integration between performance, communications, operations, and customer relationship
  • Prioritize strategic initiatives, the platform evolution roadmap, and experience improvements
  • Ensure excellence of end-to-end e-commerce operations (navigation, campaigns, collections, user journey, checkout, integrations, operations)
  • Act as the primary liaison between business, marketing, technology, and other areas
  • Develop leaders and teams with a focus on data, results, and execution excellence
  • Ensure governance, consistency, and scalability in multi-brand management

Requirements

  • Proven, solid experience in e-commerce
  • Experience managing performance marketing, media, and growth
  • Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and results orientation
  • Preferred: experience with VTEX and experience in fashion retail or D2C models
  • Business mindset and ownership mentality
  • Decision-making and prioritization skills
  • Mature, structured, and influential leadership
