About the role

  • Responsible for the tactical management of digital campaigns and communications, ensuring the correct positioning of each brand, execution of the commercial calendar, and integration across paid media, CRM, social, and e-commerce.
  • This role connects growth strategy with marketing execution, ensuring consistency, cadence, and impact in activations.
  • Plan and manage the commercial activation calendar for each brand
  • Monitor campaign and channel performance
  • Integrate paid media, CRM, SEO, and social strategies
  • Ensure alignment between communication, positioning, and strategy for each brand
  • Contribute to the planning of campaigns for the loyalty program and omnichannel initiatives
  • Translate data insights into adjustments to communication and activations
  • Ensure correct execution of campaigns on the e-commerce platform

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
  • Experience managing campaigns and a commercial calendar
  • Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple brands
  • Effective communication with internal teams
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
  • Organized, process-oriented, and attention to detail
