About the role
- Responsible for the tactical management of digital campaigns and communications, ensuring the correct positioning of each brand, execution of the commercial calendar, and integration across paid media, CRM, social, and e-commerce.
- This role connects growth strategy with marketing execution, ensuring consistency, cadence, and impact in activations.
- Plan and manage the commercial activation calendar for each brand
- Monitor campaign and channel performance
- Integrate paid media, CRM, SEO, and social strategies
- Ensure alignment between communication, positioning, and strategy for each brand
- Contribute to the planning of campaigns for the loyalty program and omnichannel initiatives
- Translate data insights into adjustments to communication and activations
- Ensure correct execution of campaigns on the e-commerce platform
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Experience managing campaigns and a commercial calendar
- Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple brands
- Effective communication with internal teams
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
- Organized, process-oriented, and attention to detail
- Sensitivity to brand and communication
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple departments
