Accounting Manager

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures for SEC filings
• Review reporting schedules to support quarterly close and SEC filings
• Research, document, and propose conclusions on various accounting and reporting issues
• Assist with preparation of external communications such as investor materials and proxy statements
• Conduct disclosure benchmarking against industry peers
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Assist in accounting for non-standard and other material transactions
