Deliver comprehensive training, maintenance, product demonstrations, and operational support on tactical radio systems
Conduct engaging training sessions that include lectures, hands-on laboratory work, and field exercises
Facilitate courses and product support at L3Harris locations, customer facilities near the San Diego areas and other customer sites worldwide
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tactical communications solutions
Strong presentation and communication skills, tailored for a variety of audiences
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative environment
Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior experience
Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
Knowledge of L3Harris/RF Communications (AN/PRC-117G, AN/PRC-163, AN/PRC-160, RF-410D, AN/PRC-167) and VSAT terminal products
RF/Radio or related communications experience preferred
Experience running Factory Test Stations
Knowledge of Product Service database (Oracle EBS)
Effective oral and written communication skills
Willingness to work and learn in fast paced production environment
Experience with Windows office suite
International travel/experience
Knowledge of network systems administration, wireless networking, and IT support, including networking router technologies
