Design and implement scalable IT architectures that support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives
Ensure seamless integration and consolidation of data from various sources into unified analytics platforms
Establish and enforce IT and data standards, policies, and compliance requirements to maintain system integrity and data security
Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of IT systems and data analytics infrastructure
Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization
Create comprehensive architectural documentation for data analytics solutions and provide training to IT staff
Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that IT architecture supports data analytics needs effectively
Identify potential risks in the IT architecture and develop mitigation strategies to protect data assets and ensure business continuity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, Gartner EAF, DoDAF, MODAF, IAF, or Archimate
Skilled in creating detailed business process maps
Proficient with various tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification
Awareness and understanding of emerging technologies and trends such as AI, ML, IoT
Extensive experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Deltek, Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong knowledge of systems integration and data management.
