About the role
- contribute to the design and development of special test equipment for military and space Avionics products
- develop technical specifications
- perform electronics design, fabrication, and integration and test activities
- develop software for custom designed Avionics test equipment products
- design and develop test equipment hardware and software designs under supervision
- develop specifications and design documentation associated with avionics test equipment
- support the integration and verification of avionics test equipment designs
- support the coordination and presentation of avionics test equipment design, manufacturing and integration activities
Requirements
- must be enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate degree program related to Electrical Engineering, Electrical Design, or similar degree
- hands-on experience in an electronics laboratory environment
- experience in a test software programming language such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Visual Basic, or C++
