About the role

  • Serve as the ISR Sector site lead for its Tampa office.
  • Lead interface at ISR Sector for international pursuits for SkyRaider II business development.
  • Oversee the execution of IRAD, marketing, and proprietary projects relating to USSOCOM.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the MMG Site Lead and staff regarding USSOCOM pursuits.
  • Mentor the SkyRaider II combat development division to meet capability gaps for AFSOC and SOCOM mission requirements.
  • Recommend new products, processes, policies, or standards in support of strategy.
  • Manage proprietary elements of performance across programs.
  • Develop new business or expand the product line with customers.
  • Manage all phases of programs from inception through completion.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • Seven (7) years acquisition and programming experience at a combined SOF Headquarters level is required.
  • Strong background in resource planning, operational requirements development, systems acquisition and modernization program management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Three (3) years experience in a senior executive role managing multiple acquisition programs is required.
  • Knowledge of manpower planning, milestone scheduling, PM tools, and related financial management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project.
  • Experience with SAP and material processes strongly preferred.
