About the role
- Oversee the DEPOT of manufacturing custom electronics and/or electronic systems
- Prioritize production schedules based on product design release, equipment efficiency, personnel resources and materials supply
- Communicate within the organization to explain status and future expectations
- Lead and direct the work of the production team comprised of manufacturing/assembly professionals who are Unionized
- Provide input on hiring, firing, promotion, performance and/or compensation decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Proven leadership and management capability
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to attain and maintain a security clearance
