About the role

  • Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing sophisticated algorithms that enhance communication systems.
  • Analyzing system requirements, performing signal processing and data analysis.
  • Implementing algorithms that address complex communication challenges such as modulation, coding, error correction, and signal detection.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers.
  • Overseeing the integration of various system components and ensuring they work seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • 6 Years of experience in RF and Communication system Design, Datalink HW development
  • Experience with algorithm development and digital signal processing with proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, SIMULINK, and C/C++
  • Experience with standard lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators, and signal analyzers
