Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or related discipline, with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience.
  • Graduate degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
  • Prior or current management / team lead / project lead experience as well as 5+ years of Electronic Warfare, Wireless Comms or DSP related digital design experience.
  • Experience in DoD accepted engineering development practices, processes, and documentation.
  • Experience with bidding, planning, and executing related engineering development efforts.
  • Experience with EVMS, cost proposal management systems, JIRA, and MS Project.
  • Experience with VHDL, C, C++, and Matlab.
  • Experience leading engineering project teams.
  • Demonstrated responsibility/accountability for budgets exceeding $1M.
