💰 $64,500 - $120,500 per year
About the role
- assist in supporting the production of high-reliability electronic hardware for Tactical Satellite equipment
- establish work instructions and develop process procedures
- qualify new tools/equipment and oversee non-conformance reviews
- implement engineering changes and maintain labor standards and process controls
- assist senior engineers with new product introductions, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering or related field
- experience with soldering and/or basic electronic manufacturing processes
- experience with basic CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.)
- basic understanding of 3D Printing
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow or Green Belt
- experience with Minitab, JMP, or other statistical software
