About the role
- Provide strong day-to-day support across key areas of HR
- Partner with hiring managers to support staffing efforts, including onboarding
- Support employee engagement initiatives like surveys and career development
- Serve as a resource for general HR inquiries and policies
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and lead small-scale projects
- Manage tactical responsibilities to strengthen employee engagement and streamline processes
- Serve as the Redmond HR site POC
- Respond to data requests for program and division reviews
- Analyze data for site trends and reporting
- Recommend compensation offers based on internal and external data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years related experience
- Graduate Degree with minimum 4 years related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Relevant experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Proficient working knowledge of HR management principles
- General aptitude for HRIS tools such as PeopleSoft and Oracle TM Suite
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
