About the role

  • Provide strong day-to-day support across key areas of HR
  • Partner with hiring managers to support staffing efforts, including onboarding
  • Support employee engagement initiatives like surveys and career development
  • Serve as a resource for general HR inquiries and policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and lead small-scale projects
  • Manage tactical responsibilities to strengthen employee engagement and streamline processes
  • Serve as the Redmond HR site POC
  • Respond to data requests for program and division reviews
  • Analyze data for site trends and reporting
  • Recommend compensation offers based on internal and external data

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years related experience
  • Graduate Degree with minimum 4 years related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Relevant experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Proficient working knowledge of HR management principles
  • General aptitude for HRIS tools such as PeopleSoft and Oracle TM Suite
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
