About the role

  • The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) drives the Supply Chain IPT to support program needs.
  • Works closely with divisional leadership and across functions such as: Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Quality.
  • Supports proposals and new business pursuits, providing both strategic and tactical guidance.
  • Responsible for supporting the Supply Chain organization with review and approval of labor Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
  • Identify, develop, and implement strategies that drive optimization of Supply Chain effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Responsible for supporting technical teams in identifying Supply Chain partnerships, teaming agreements, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain processes and systems.
  • Active US Government Secret Security clearance.
  • Proven ability to drive and inspire results/resolution of technical issues and successful outcomes through teamwork.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Cost Account Management (CAM) certification.
  • Program Management certification.
  • ASCM certifications.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience, Green/Black belt certification.
  • Experience with CINCOM Control (MRP), Agile PLM/PDM, Expo, CRM, Staffit, PeopleSoft financial system, and Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.
