About the role
- Partner with corporate functional leaders to design and deliver HR strategies that support enterprise business objectives
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce and succession planning, leadership development, engagement, and retention strategies
- Advise leaders on complex people matters including compensation strategy, performance management, talent assessment, talent acquisition, and employee relations
- Provide HR leadership for international client groups, ensuring regional business strategies are supported by compliant and effective HR practices
- Leverage data, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities, diagnose organizational issues, and recommend scalable solutions
- Steer and influence enterprise leadership development efforts, including early career Engineering and Operations programs and Technical Fellowships
- Lead organizational change efforts in partnership with business leaders, including restructuring, realignment, and growth initiatives
- Ensure sound risk management by maintaining working knowledge of employment laws and HR policies, providing guidance that supports compliance while enabling business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- Experience supporting global corporate functions in a highly matrixed environment, preferably within the defense or government contracting industry
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, change management, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategy
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to financial and operational outcomes
- Advanced consulting, influencing, and coaching skills with senior leaders
- Strong analytical capability with aptitude for HR digital tools and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently while navigating ambiguity and driving results
