About the role
- Provide hands-on HRBP support to functional leadership teams, guiding them on talent strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement
- Build strong partnerships with leaders and employees, providing trusted counsel on organizational and employee matters
- Proactively identify challenges, diagnose root causes, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance employee engagement and drive business results
- Lead initiatives to elevate performance, strengthen leadership capability, and advance long-term business strategy
- Utilize analytics and trends to influence talent decisions and create meaningful business impact
- Coach and advise leaders to enhance effectiveness and employee experience
- Collaborate with client groups to design and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive programs in succession planning, talent acquisition support, and high-potential talent identification
- Lead or participate in HR and business-wide projects to improve processes and organizational outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- 12 plus years of progressive HR experience in dynamic, matrixed environments
- Success driving HR strategies including performance management, retention, staffing, compensation, and change management
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to guide decisions and measure outcomes
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving capability
- Experience in leading projects and leveraging HR metrics and analytics to make recommendations and inform talent decisions
- Experience coaching or supporting executive-level leadership
- Background supporting large, complex business functions
