About the role
- Provide strategic vision and leadership for execution of major production rate increases
- Develop and execute a comprehensive rate increase plan including capacity expansion and digital manufacturing improvements
- Lead modeling of labor, equipment, and supplier capability
- Coordinate supplier assessments, readiness reviews, and mitigation plans
- Develop and implement plans for follow-on production programs including proposal development
- Establish and maintain program baseline including Integrated Master Schedule and Earned Value Management compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant program management experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related program management experience
- 13 years of prior related program management experience in lieu of a degree
- 4+ years of EVM/CAM experience
- 4+ years experience managing multiple DoW projects
- 2+ years experience supporting production ramp and or capacity expansion projects.
