About the role

  • Provide strategic vision and leadership for execution of major production rate increases
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive rate increase plan including capacity expansion and digital manufacturing improvements
  • Lead modeling of labor, equipment, and supplier capability
  • Coordinate supplier assessments, readiness reviews, and mitigation plans
  • Develop and implement plans for follow-on production programs including proposal development
  • Establish and maintain program baseline including Integrated Master Schedule and Earned Value Management compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant program management experience
  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related program management experience
  • 13 years of prior related program management experience in lieu of a degree
  • 4+ years of EVM/CAM experience
  • 4+ years experience managing multiple DoW projects
  • 2+ years experience supporting production ramp and or capacity expansion projects.
