About the role
- Program Controls Analyst responsible for analysis of program data
- Assist program teams with the development of quality, compliant program Baseline plans
- Guide CAMs through Estimate at Completion (EAC) and CEAC activities
- Partner with CAMs on variance analysis and reporting
- Communicate risks and opportunities to forecasts
- Advise CAMs on adherence to AR EVM policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and training as needed to junior PCAs
- Up to 25% business travel to other L3Harris locations
- Ability to obtain US Security Clearance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior program controls or program finance experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of program controls or program finance experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior program controls or program finance experience
- 3+ years Earned Value Management experience
