oversee the 2nd shift of manufacturing of custom electronics and/or electronic systems
prioritize production schedules based on product design release, equipment efficiency, personnel resources and materials supply
communicate within the organization to explain status and future expectations
lead and direct the work of the production team comprised of manufacturing/assembly professionals
provide input on hiring, firing, promotion, performance and/or compensation decisions

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
At least Six (6) years relevant work experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Proven leadership and management capability
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to attain and maintain a security clearance
