Architect and Build Golden Paths: Design, build, and maintain paved roads for engineering teams.
Create reusable, self service infrastructure patterns.
Develop and manage core platform pipelines and infrastructure using IaC tools.
Manage and optimize multi cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration platforms.
Lead the technical implementation of modern DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices.
Engage with customers to understand pain points, gather requirements, and prioritize solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
Balance multiple platform initiatives while meeting deadlines.
Create high quality documentation, training materials, architecture guides, and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Strong understanding of container based deployment systems, including Azure AKS/AWS EKS, hybrid cloud distributions.
Extensive experience engaging directly with business stakeholders.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships.
Demonstrated success delivering and supporting enterprise wide infrastructure initiatives.
Strong understanding of cloud native operating models.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience embedding AI/ML workloads into hybrid cloud platforms.
Deep familiarity with enterprise scale business processes.
Understanding of SQL and enterprise database systems.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
