About the role
- Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of programs through all phases.
- Lead and deliver high-impact defense communications programs in the Netherlands.
- Work directly with the Dutch Ministry of Defence (MoD) and L3Harris teams.
- Identify customer needs, emerging requirements, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and direct proposals, business plans, work statements, and specifications.
- Manage delivery of radio equipment and assist customer with fielding needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Project or Program Management
- Demonstrated ability to manage program budgets, financial performance, and risk
- Experience delivering technical solutions within complex stakeholder environments
- Ability to travel up to 25% (within Europe and to the United States)
- Fluent in both English and Dutch
- Ability to obtain a Certificate of No Objection (VGB) Level B
- BS/BA required or equivalent military experience and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum 10 years of prior related experience
