About the role
- Lead a team of Project and Systems Engineers supporting SATCOM and Space communication systems.
- Oversee development, sustainment, and business pursuit activities.
- Ensure major development proposal efforts are executed effectively.
- Foster collaborative teamwork and effective communication within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of directly related work experience in project/systems engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of project and/or personnel management and leadership experience.
- Understanding of and experience with business development processes/lifecycle.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Experience with all aspects of Military Standard Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- In depth understanding of SATCOM and Space communication systems.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and management skills.
