Directs all phases of assigned programs from inception through completion
Drives program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives
Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs
Uses Earned Value techniques (EVMS) to baseline, monitor, and control assigned programs
Directs the work of employees assigned to the program
Leads negotiation of new contracts and amendments to existing contracts
Coordinates the preparation, Statement of Work (SOW) specifications, financial/contractual terms

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior related program management experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related program management experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related technical and program management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Fluent with Costpoint ERP/MRP
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background preferred
Active DoD Secret Clearance preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance
