About the role
- Support various Business Development Metrics gathering, analysis and reporting.
- Lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process and tool.
- Support management of New Business Funds (NBF), including Direct Sell and Bids & Proposals funds.
- Support creation and reporting of NBF projects in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
- Manage SharePoint sites for the Business Development team.
- Help with opportunity Gate reviews, NBF requests, and support BD team with Tradeshows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant Business Development Operations experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related Business Development Operations, Program Management, Engineering or related skills experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related Business Development Operations experience.
- Business Development Operations experience in Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with tools like M365 Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI, Oracle ERP system, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI tools.
