Oversee the 2nd shift of manufacturing of custom electronics and/or electronic systems
Prioritize production schedules based on product design release, equipment efficiency, personnel resources, and materials supply
Communicate within the organization to explain status and future expectations
Lead and direct the work of the production team comprised of manufacturing/assembly professionals who are Unionized.
Develop and implement strategies to meet cost, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, EHS, and continuous improvement commitments
Drive employee engagement through standard work and process quality improvements
Control and sustain success metrics, incorporating best practices, and effectively communicating improvements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Proven leadership and management capability
U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to attain and maintain a security clearance.
