About the role
- Use past experience in Supply Chain and/or Program or Product Management to lead a cross functional team to develop a robust Supply Chain Strategy
- Lead proposal efforts for the P42 Program within Agile Development Group
- Collaborate with functional leaders to institute tailored practices and approaches for successful execution on early engineering design efforts
- Focus on risk and opportunity management to ensure top notch execution
- Responsible for program proposal efforts, cost, schedule, and compliance with internal and external regulations
- Collaborate across functions as a key interface to Program and Product Offices, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Operations
- Manage supplier relationships and supplier performance
- Drive supply chain program management in partnership with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance within 12 months of employment
- Experience in the following contract types: FFP, FPIF, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost-Plus
- Basis of Estimate Development
- Experience as Cost Account Manager managing budgets and sales forecasting
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Previous Leadership experience
- Ability to periodically travel to supplier facilities (mainly domestic locations)
