💰 $76,500 - $197,500 per year
About the role
- Represent Production Operations as the primary responsible individual for achievement of cost and schedule commitments
- Coordinate action plans and needs of production operations
- Lead manufacturing support team through problem resolution efforts
- Support proposal preparation for both new business and changes in scope to existing programs
- Contribute to the development of process improvements aimed at improving cost and schedule performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum of 6+ years of prior relevant experience in leading a multi-functional, Integrated Product Team in an operations environment
- Working experience with execution of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience in creating and managing budgets for both operational and capital expenses
- Experience in Manufacturing; preferably experience in Shop Operations - Operations Planning, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement also desirable
- U.S. citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance
