- Support the set-up, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software systems under test
- Develop and execute structured training sessions
- Lead classroom and hands-on training events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- Strong teaching skills with an adaptable approach
- Exceptional customer service skills
