About the role
- Support the set-up, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software systems under test.
- Load custom and commercial software onto multiple systems.
- Develop and execute structured training sessions.
- Build, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate new and existing configuration items (hardware).
- Responsible for configuration hardware, mastering the system and training others to use the system successfully.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance is required.
- Engineering principles, especially verification/validation.
- US Military Training Certifications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Direct experience interfacing with customer personnel and leadership.
- Strong communication ability: verbal and written using MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience communicating complex technical issues to various audiences.
